Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using My Party Page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

My Party Page lets hosts create event pages, collect RSVPs, and track meal preferences. Each event requires a one-time payment of $7.99 before the event page is published and the guest link goes live.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD. By completing payment you authorize the charge. We do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

Because events go live immediately after payment, refunds are not offered once an event is published. If you have a billing issue, contact us and we will do our best to help.

5. Your content

You own the content you create — event details, menus, and guest information. You grant My Party Page a limited license to store and display that content to operate the service. We do not sell your data or your guests' data.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use My Party Page for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
